Snowboard ou surf des neiges est un sport de glisse sur neige. Le snowboard est le descendant du surf des mers avec cette position particulière des pieds placés en travers de la planche.
Avec le temps plusieurs façons de pratiquer le snowboard sont apparues, chacune adoptant un type de snowboard. Le freeride se pratique sur une neige vierge avec une planche conçue à cette occasion, le freestyle est la réalisation de figures acrobatiques dans des snowparks et le snowboard alpin pour une pratique plus traditionnelle sur des pistes damées.

Snowboarding is a snow sport. Snowboarding is the  descendant of the surf of the seas with this particular position of feet placed across the board.
Over the time several ways of practicing snowboarding have emerged, each adopting a type of snowboard. Freeride is practiced on virgin snow with a board designed for this occasion, freestyle is the realization of acrobatic figures in snowparks and alpine snowboarding for a  more traditional practice on groomed tracks.

Grosses têtes biathlètes

Le biathlon est une épreuve sportive de deux disciplines sportives, le ski de fond et le tir à la carabine. Le ski de fond requière de l'endurance, alors que le tir demande calme et précision. C'est un sport relativement jeune aux origines militaires.
Dans les pays nordiques, au XVIII ème siècle des patrouilles armées surveillent les frontières à skis. En 1767, la première compétition est organisée entre les patrouilles Norvégiennes et Suédoises. Ces compétitions s'étendront à l'Allemagne en 1895. De sport individuel, il devient un sport d'équipe en 1915. En 1924, les premiers jeux olympiques d'hiver organisés à Chamonix accueillent les patrouilles militaires. Après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le ski militaire s'ouvre aux civiles, le biathlon tel qu'on le connaît aujourd'hui intègre les jeux olympiques en 1960, l'évolution des règles et des équipements au cours des ans, lui permettra de remporter un franc succès auprès du public.

Cross-country skiing requires endurance, while shooting requires calm and precision. It is a relatively young sport with militaries origins.
In the nordic countries, in the 18th century armed patrols patrol the border with skis. In 1767, the first competition was organised between Norvegian and Swedish patrols.  These competitions were extended to Germany in 1895. From individual sport, it became a team sport in 1915. In 1924, the first olympic winter games held in Chamonix welcomed military patrols. After the Second World War, military skiing opened up to civilians, the biathlon as we know it today integrate the Olympic games in 1960, the evolution of rules and equipments over the years, will allow it to achieve a great success with the public.

Lo sci di fondo richiede resistenza, mentre il tiro richiede calma e precisione. E uno sport relativamente giovane con origini militari.

Nel 1924, le prime olimpiadi ivernali organizzate a Chamonix accolgono le pattuglie militari. Dopo, la seconda guerra mondiale, lo sci militare si apre ai civili, il biathlon come lo conosciamo oggi integra le olimpiadi in 1960, l'evoluzione delle regole e delle attrezzature nel corso degli anni, gli permetterà di ottenere un grande successo tra il pubblico.

The Big Heads in Convertible.

Amatrice de chocolat

Geronimo

Watercolor of the famous Apache, Geronimo. He was born in 1829 and died in 1909. Throughout his life he never stop defending the rights of his people. He was a courageous fighter.
Aquarelle du célèbre Apache, Geronimo, Il est né en 1829 et mort en 1909. Tout au long de sa vie, il n'a jamais cessé de défendre les droits de son peuple. C'était un combattant courageux.
Acquerello del famoso Apache, Geronimo. Nacque nel 1829 e mori nel 1909. Per tutta la vità, non smise mai di difendere i diritti del suo popolo. Era un combattente coraggioso.
